There is a fixed charge,of $50 for 1 or 2 elements at a sitting + $25 for each additional element. This is established by the NRE COLEM testing organization,

GROL, Elements 1 & 3 -- $50
GROL + Radar, Elements 1, 3 & 8 -- $75
GMDSS, Elements 1 & 7 -- $50
GROL + Radar + GMDSS/M -- $125
T2, Elements 1, 5, 6, Code 1, 2 -- $125

Or, if you only take a partial set towards a license, the fees are still as above..
